As part of ‘Community Cards’ we upcycle old greetings cards, make them in to new ones and resell for 50p or £1 with the surplus money going to the Welcome Centre Foodbank in Huddersfield.
We will be meeting on the 2nd and 4th Monday in April and May, and then will revert back to the 1st & 3rd Mondays of each month 10am to 12 noon, we are a hive of industry!
Our group is made up of people from our own Church, Golcar Providence, Slaithwaite Methodist, St James’s Slaithwaite, St John’s Golcar and the community. If you are interested in joining us, contact Mairi on 01484 852300.
